すべての人々にさまざまな悩み、また疑問があると思います。私が死んだらどうなるんだろう？どこで永遠に過ごすのだろう？このような疑問に私たち自身では答えることはできません。そして何よりも大きな疑問は、今日私が死ねば、私は永遠に神様と過ごすことが出来るのだろうか？というものでしょう。もしあなたがイエスキリストと真の関係を持っているならば、この疑問やまた悩みを解決する​ことが出来るのです。

私が神の御子の名を信じているあなたがたに対してこれらのことを書いたのは、あなたがたが永遠のいのちを持っていることを、

There are big questions that haunt all of us. What happens when I die? Where will I spend eternity? The single most important question that you will ever answer is this : “If I were to die today, would I spend eternity in Heaven with God?” Your relationship to Jesus Christ is central to the answer of that question. The Bible tells us in I John 5:13, “These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life…”
The simple truth is God wants you to know where you’re going! So, here it is in a nutshell:

Recognize your Condition

私の最大の罪は、私が罪人であるにも関わらずそれを認めたくないということです。神様と共に永遠に生きる方法を見つけるには、まず私が罪人であるということを認めることが必要です。ローマ書５章１２節において、最初の男性と女性であるアダムとエバが罪を犯したゆえに、全ての人は罪を持って生まれてきました。ローマ書３章２３節には、『全ての人が罪を犯したので神からの栄誉を受けることができず、』とあります。

罪とは、神様の律法、そして神様の命令に反することです。そのような行動は神様から私を離れさせてしまいます。私が罪人であるならば、その罪に対して罰を受けなければなりません。特別なイベントや大事な行事に遅れそうになった時に、急いでいてスピード違反をして切符を切られてしまうことがあります。それと同じように、私たちの罪も何かの罰を受けなければならないのです。​罪から来る報酬は死です。しかし、神の下さる賜物は、私たちの主キリスト・イエスにある永遠のいのちです。　​ローマ書６章２３節​
​罪の支払いは永遠の死であり、それはつまり永遠の地獄に行くということなのです。

My biggest mistake when I don’t know my way is that I don’t want to admit that I am lost! We call this, “pride.” In order to find the way to eternal life with God, I must admit I am lost in sin. Romans 5:12 teaches us that since Adam and Eve, the first man and woman on earth, a sin nature has been present in all people. Romans 3:23 says, “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” Sin is any act contrary to God’s laws and commandments, and those sins that I have committed separate me from God. Whenever I have been lost, I have paid some type of penalty. I have been late to a special event and, on occasion, I have received a speeding ticket. Sin also has a penalty. Romans 6:23 says, “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” The “wage” or payment for our sin is spiritual death, and eternal punishment in a place called hell. 

“善人になること” や “宗教心に熱いこと” が答えではない
Religion and Good Works are not the Answer

宗教はそれぞれ、人間が神にたどり着く方法を生み出しています。それらは論理的に思えますが、しかし私たちの罪を代わりに埋めることはできません。箴言14:12には『人の目にはまっすぐに見える道がある。その道の終わりは死の道である。』と書かれてあります。すなわち、私たちの思いや方法は意味がなく、神様の言葉である聖書にまことの答え見つける事が出来るのです。

『あなたがたは、恵みのゆえに、信仰によって救われたのです。それは、自分自身から出たことではなく、神からの賜物です。行ないによるのではありません。だれも誇ることのないためです。』　　エペソ書2:8-9 


Religions try to create their own ways to God. Their systems may seem logical, but they cannot bridge the gap created by our sin. Proverbs 14:12 says, “There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.” In other words, our thoughts and ways are not what matter. God’s Word, the Bible, provides true answers of grace and forgiveness. In Ephesians 2:8–9 the Bible says, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.”

The Good News – Jesus Christ Provides the Way!

私たち人間は罪人であるがゆえに神様との関係から離れていたにも関わらず、神様はわたしたちを愛してくださいました。神は愛ですから、ひとり子をこの世に送ってくださり、また十字架上で死に、また3日後によみがえらせてくださいました。聖書のヨハネの福音書3:16に『神は、実に、そのひとり子をお与えになったほどに、世を愛された。それは御子を信じる者が、ひとりとして滅びることなく、永遠のいのちを持つためである。』と書かれてあります。神様は、イエスキリストの死と復活によって私たちの罪を贖ってくださいました。ただ、イエスキリストの恵みによって私たちに救いが与えられたのです。

『しかし私たちがまだ罪人であったとき、キリストが私たちのために死んでくださったことにより、神は私たちに対するご自身の愛を明らかにしておられます。』　ローマ書5:8

Even though we were lost and separated from God, He loved us, and because He is love, God sent His Son to die on the Cross and raise from the dead three days later. John 3:16 explains “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Through the death and resurrection of Jesus, He became the payment for our sin. Now, we do not have to pay for our sin ourselves. By His grace, forgiveness of sins and eternal life is provided. In Romans 5:8, the Bible says, “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

今日、イエス・キリストを救い主として信じましょう！
Believe and Receive Christ!

私たちが神様との関係を持ち、そして永遠の住まいを天国で過ごす唯一の方法は、自分自身を信じたり自分の行いや宗教に頼るのではなく、イエスキリストの赦しを信じ受け入れる事です。ローマ書10:13には『「主の御名を呼び求める者は、だれでも救われる。」のです。』と書いてあります。

それは神様からの直接の約束であり、もしあなたが自分の罪を告白し、神様にあなたの罪の赦しを願い、そしてイエス・キリストだけが唯一の救い主と信じるのならば、神様はあなたに永遠の命を与えてくださいます。

今日あなたはその決断をすることができます。心からこのように祈ってください。

天の神様。私は自分の罪のゆえにあなたから遠ざかっています。私には罪があることがわかりましたが、自分で自分を救うことはできません。私はイエス・キリストが死に、葬られ、また死からよみがえられたことを今信じます。私は自分の罪を悔い改め、イエス・キリストが唯一の救い主であるということを信じました。どうぞ私を罪の罰からお救いください。私は今、私に永遠の命を与えてくださることを信じます。アーメン。

In order to have a relationship with God and an eternal home in Heaven, we must stop trusting ourselves, our works, and our religions, and place our full trust in Jesus Christ alone for the forgiveness of our sins and eternal life. In Roman 10:13 the Bible says, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” That is a promise directly from God that if you believe Him as your only Savior, confess that you are a sinner, ask Him to forgive your sins, and turn to Him alone to be your Saviour; He promises to save you and give you the free gift of eternal life. You can make that decision today by praying from your heart, something like this: 

“Dear God, I know that I am separated from You because I am a sinner, and as a sinner I deserve hell. I confess that I, as a sinner, cannot save myself. I believe Jesus died for me, was buried, and rose again for me. Right now, I turn to you alone, and trust you as my only Savior. I ask You to save me from my sins and hell, and I trust You to provide eternal life. In Jesus Christ's name I pray, Amen”
